If you are having issues logging into the member's area please follow these steps:
1. Go to https://thecryptocode.com and click LOGIN or directly to the login page: https://thecryptocode.com/login
Enter your email for your username and click the "Lost your password?" link.
Please make sure it's the email you used to order with.
Follow that process and give it at least 10 minutes to get the confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email.
If that doesn't work please email support@thecryptocode.com from the email you ordered with and we will manually reset that for you.
Also if you enter the username and password too many times the system will say you are blocked but please don't panic. It's only for 5 minutes. Wait 5 minutes and try the password reset feature again.
